Bashir Ahmed, MD, MSPH

Dr. Bashir Ahmed completed his residency program at the University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, and earned a Master of Science degree in Public Health at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He designed, developed, and implemented various research projects which contributed to his unique blend of experience in research and clinical psychiatry. Dr. Bashir has led Premier Care Behavioral Health since 2016.
Dr. Ahmed provides evidence-based treatments and offers both TMS and Spravato for treatment-resistant depression. Dr. Ahmed works in collaboration with Juliet Wabara, PMHNP to offer comprehensive care for patients 12 and older.
Dr. Ahmed lives in Fairview, Texas with his wife and three active children. He enjoys traveling, watching movies, music, and sports with his family.
